We want you to love every piece you bring into your bedroom. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is completely different from what was described

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Missing accessories
  • Used bedding or personal items (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue.
  2. Provide clear photos or video evidence of the problem.
  3. Our team will review and approve your request.

You may receive either:

  • Replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (depending on case)

Refund Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
