We want you to love every piece you bring into your bedroom. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is faulty
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is completely different from what was described
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused
- In original packaging
- With all accessories included
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Missing accessories
- Used bedding or personal items (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order number and issue.
- Provide clear photos or video evidence of the problem.
- Our team will review and approve your request.
You may receive either:
- Replacement product
- Partial refund
- Full refund (depending on case)
Refund Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
